Our Stay Safe Experience

At Anemoessa Boutique Hotel, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, colleagues and community is our absolute priority. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, we have been continuously monitoring guidance from the W.H.O and N.P.H.O and keep updating through each level and situation. Our key mission is to provide you a worry-free vacation in a clean and safe environment: the Stay Safe Experience.

With these guidelines in place, we have developed individual protocols for each department of the hotel:

Public areas:

  • Personal Protection Equipment of all our staff.
  • Frequent disinfection of all public areas and high-touch spaces during the day. Contactless sanitizing stations throughout the property
  • Clear signage of cleanliness procedures and routes demonstrated in all common areas
  • Air conditioning systems are controlled and disinfected and the establishments are aired out through natural ventilation.
  • Doctor directly available upon request for medical services 24/7
  • A complete medical kit that has been created according to the Instructions of the Greek Government is available at the hotel reception.
  • Non-hotel guests are prohibited from entering the hotel

Guest’s experience:

Οn the way to the hotel:
  • In transfers mandatory use of non-surgical masks by passengers and drivers.
  • Vehicles are naturally ventilated
  • Limited number of passengers per vehicle in accordance with guidelines
  • All contact surfaces including seats, door handles are sterilized between each transfer

Upon Arrival:
  • Check-in time: 15:00p.m. & check-out: 11:00a.m. ensuring sufficient time to properly sanitize the rooms.
  • Contactless temperature check upon arrival
  • Check in and out procedures take place individually for each booking with the minimum procedures
  • Plexiglas window has been placed at reception
  • UV-C disinfection box for all key cards
  • Cashless payments preferred
  • All team members are fully trained and capable to a) inform guests on the hotel’s rules and the new measures taken to address incidents, b) provide useful information to health care providers regarding the locations of public and private hospitals, Covid-19 reference hospitals and pharmacies in the area and c) provide personal protective equipment (masks, gloves) when requested.

On Departure:
  • Advance check out is available to guests- bills prepared without physical contact
  • Contactless payment options are recommended
Hotel Staff:
  • All employees have been trained on health and safety training programs
  • All teams undergo thermal screening before every shift.
  • All teams are wearing face coverings and any other necessary personal protective equipment

  • High standards of cleaning and disinfection are applied, strictly following the protocols proposed by the N.P.H.O and the W.H.O. Special emphasis is placed on high touch room & bathroom areas before guest’s arrival
  • Air conditioning systems are controlled and disinfected. The doors and windows of all rooms will be opened daily for natural ventilation.
  • No basic equipment like catalogs, magazines, notebooks, pens or decorative pillows & covers is removed from the rooms.
  • Mini bar service is suspended. This option will be available upon request by the guest.
  • Small electronic devices, such as remote controls, are disinfected and wrapped with a disposable cover.
  • Daily cleaning of rooms or change of linen, based on the instructions of EODY, are no longer allowed. However, if you wish this service during your stay, please inform the front desk.

  • All employees wear PPE during the operation of restaurants and bars
  • High standards of cleaning and disinfection are applied to all breakfast and restaurant areas
  • According to the N.P.H.O’s current health standards, one customer per two square meters is allowed in our breakfast and restaurant areas. Maximum number of customers per table is six people. There is no limit in case of a family with minors.
  • Breakfast & Restaurant services option in an open air area
  • Reservation required for restaurant
  • Safe distance between sunbeds &umbrellas
  • Reinforced cleaning & disinfection of all sunbeds after use
  • Systematic chlorination of pool with disinfectant products
  • Sanitization stations for guest and employees

Fitness Room:
  • Reservation required for fitness room
  • Disinfection of all equipment between use
  • Sanitization station for guests and employees
Kids room:
  • Currently not operational
